We suggest scheduling your exam first, so you'll know if you’re a candidate for LASIK before you enroll in your company’s plan.


Insurance Coverage - Please contact your HR department to determine if you might be eligible for a discount or coverage through your Health or Vision plan. Unfortunately, very few health insurance carriers or vision plans provide coverage for surgical vision correction.
